Fitness Director
Diane Davis
Diane Davis has been a certified fitness professional for over 20 years. She holds multiple certifications in personal training and group exercise instruction with many specialty-type certifications and years of experience in training, teaching and managing fitness teams. Diane was an AAFA (now NASM) certification specialist for over 15 years and had the opportunity to present the certification training for those looking to become professionals in the industry. Diane has worked with many different populations including kids, seniors, firefighters, athletes, and Parkinsons patients. She loves working with everyone to achieve the health, fitness, and wellness they desire. Diane enjoys teaching group exercise classes, lifting weights, running, being outside, and watching football (especially the Steelers!)

Rich Widener
Rich is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree is exercise science and University of Kansas with a masters in sport administration. Rich is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a corrective exercise specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
 
Personal Trainer
Michelle Mobley
Michelle is certified as both a Group Exercise Instructor and a Certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise (ACE). Michelle has taught a variety of group exercise classes for over 15 years in the St. Louis area. Her strengths and interests as a trainer include weight loss, strength conditioning, interval, dynamic and functional training. Michelle believes in creative workouts that incorporate activities clients enjoy.
 
Personal Trainer
Kelly Gerros
Kelly is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also has her USAW Weightlifting Sports Performance Coaching certification. She believes that you shouldn't wait until you reach goals to be proud of yourself. Be proud of yourself for each step that you take towards reaching that goal! Her strengths as a trainer are general weight loss and fitness, strength gains, and improved flexibility/mobility. She incorporates intervals, flexibility and strength training into all of her workout programs.
 
Personal Trainer
Trudy Brown
Trudy is certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Health Coach and certified in the Functional Movement Screening (FMS). Her favorite format is strength and cardio intervals for a concise full body workout, also incorporating exercises for multi joint movements, increased balance and functional mobility. From beginner to advanced levels, there is such a variety to do to get to one’s goals, whether it’s weight loss, strength gains or just a better working body or quality of life; Trudy loves figuring out how to get her clients to their goals.
 
Massage Therapist
Kelly Andel
Kelly grew up in Kirkwood, was married and happily raised 4 children. After holding an office position for 7 years she was convinced she was much more suited to working with her hands and completed the massage therapy program at Midwest Institute. Kelly has found massage to be very rewarding and life giving. During her 8 years as a massage therapist she has become skilled at Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. She combines the two to give her clients an experience of deep and complete relaxation while releasing areas of injury and pain. During her 6 years working alongside a chiropractor she has learned techniques that assist in the increased mobility of the neck, shoulders and hips. Kelly looks forward to meeting the members of Westborough.
