President
Steve Dioneda
Steve has served on the Webster Groves School District Board as well as many of its committees. He has also served on the Webster Groves School District Foundation. He is a founding board member of the St. Louis Amateur Hockey Association and past president of the Webster Groves Lacrosse Parent Board. After being a member for a decade now and having served on the Westborough Board of Governors for nearly 7 years, he is so excited about the direction in which the club is going. It’s with great pride that he has served as the club’s president.
 
Vice President & Long-Range Planning Committee
Brett Rufkahr
Brett was born in St. Louis and graduated from Saint Louis University 1986 (BSBA Accounting and Finance) and in 1992 (MBA). He has lived in Webster Groves since 2002 and has been married to Norma for 24 years. Brett has worked in the investment management industry for most of his career. He is also active on numerous boards. His desire is to help make Westborough Country Club a frequent destination for its members and members family and guest by providing an excellent experience.

Jeff Wolfe
Jeff grew up in Kansas City but moved to St. Louis in 1999 with his wife after graduating law school. They then moved to Webster in 2002. They love the area and schools, and couldn’t be happier that they've found a fun club right in our back yard. As a board member, Jeff wants to do all he can to be attentive to the needs and requests of the membership while upholding a fiscal responsibility for the best interest of the club.

Kennedy Hudson
Originally from Oklahoma, Kennedy has lived in St. Louis for over 25-years. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Missouri- St. Louis in 1996 and has been in banking since 1995 and co- founded Triad Bank in 2005. Kennedy has been a member of Westborough for over six years and has been on the Board of Governors for the past five years. Kennedy feels that it has been an honor to serve on the Board and he is very excited about the direction in which the club is heading. He feels that our membership at the club is second to none and he and his family are so happy to be part of it! He looks forward to continuing to serve on the Board to work with membership and management to build on all our recent success.
 
Mark enjoys utilizing the club for golf activities, pool, tennis, fitness center and dining. He has served on the Board of Governors for the last three years and would be excited to continue serving for another term, as we move into a time of renovation and improvement for our club.

Jim Jost Jr.
Jim has served on multiple boards in the past: WCC Board Member for 3 years, Affton Hockey Board, Missouri Hockey Youth Division Board, Missouri Hockey Junior Hockey League (based out of Michigan), represented CSHL at USA Hockey level in Colorado, and St. Louis Amateur Hockey Hall of Fame Board. He and his wife have enjoyed their 8 years at WCC. Jim feels that it is an honor that he has been able to remain on the WCC Board and help with the continuation of what is already a great club. He recognizes the importance of gathering as a board, dissecting various ideas, coming to an agreement, and then support and follow through with the Board’s decisions.
 
Michael grew up in Iowa, spent several years living on the east coast, and has now lived in St. Louis for 10 years. He received his BA from Grinnell College and his MBA from Vanderbilt University. He and his family thoroughly enjoy all facets of Westborough. He has had the pleasure of serving on the Board for six years. He was previously the Vice President and chair of the House Committee and currently serve on the Long-Range Planning committees. Michael welcomes the opportunity to continue to serve on the Board and will work to ensure the member experience is a positive one for all.

John Slattery
John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis from University of Missouri St. Louis and an MBA from St. Louis University. He is a graduate of the FMI Leadership Institution in Denver, Colorado and is also member in the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG), American General Contractors of America (AGC), and the KPMG Alumni Network. John has been active on the Board of Governors for over 5 years including serving as your Club President in 2015. He looks forward to the opportunity of continuing to contribute to the successful future of our club!

Dennis O'Neill
Dennis and his wife, Mary Alice, moved to four different cities early in Dennis's career and their three daughters were born in three different states. He felt that it was good for their family to be out on their own for ten years and he feels it has been grand to be back home in STL since 1991. Dennis is a "pop" to four, dad to three, employee to two, husband to one, and friend to many. Dennis feels that being an active member of WCC affords him yet another opportunity to practice his life-long mantra of having: things to do, people to love and events to look forward to ... If he can help, He is willing to help.
 
House Committee Chairman
David Cassat
David grew up in Washington, Missouri, but has lived in the Webster/Kirkwood area since getting married in 2001. After graduating from Mizzou with a degree in Journalism, he has spent the majority of my professional career in sales. He is an active member of the Forest Park Rotary Club and he coaches several youth sports teams. David feels that he and his family have enjoyed their time at Westborough and he looks forward to serving on the Board of Governors to help ensure both current and future members can share similar experiences.

Patrick Farrell
Patrick was raised in St. Louis, Mo. and except for a two-year stint in Chicago, has lived his entire life in St. Louis. The answer to your question: St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Florissant Mo. He received an officer’s commission through the MU ROTC program in 1977 and served six years in the United States Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Captain. Having retired from active employment, Patrick looks forward to employing his professional experiences and skills as a member of the WCC Board. He feels that his 17 years at WCC have allowed him to come to know the Club and its membership very well. He feels that WCC plays an important role in our lives and he would like nothing more to lend his abilities to ensuring a strong future for the Club.
 
Athletic Committee Chairman
William Brasser
Bill has spent the majority of his life in St. Louis including receiving his BSBA in Marketing from St. Louis University and his MBA from Washington University. For the past 18 years, he and his family have lived in Webster Groves and he has been extremely active with his parish and his children’s schools including volunteer service on many boards and committees, as well as coaching several of his children’s CYC teams. Since joining Westborough, Bill and his family have enjoyed many different activities and events over the years. Bill appreciates the opportunity to further engage with our club as part of the Board of Governors. With the upcoming changes planned for the club and the continued enthusiasm of our members and staff to expand activities/events, he looks forward to contributing to the success of our club and to supporting decisions in the best interests of our members for years to come.
